综合机械化开采条件下提高块煤率的技术研究

摘要: 为了提高块煤率,根据赛蒙特尔煤矿的煤层地质条件和设备选型情况,从采煤机螺旋滚筒参数、生产细节优化选择以及胶带运输过程中转载点的转载方式等方面,对在生产中影响块煤率的主要因素进行了细致的研究,结果表明,块煤率在原块煤率的基础上提高了8%~10%,使该矿在市场低迷的情况下仍可实现较好的经济效益,该技术的有效实施对鄂尔多斯地区提高块煤率的技术研究提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract: In order to improve the lump coal rate, According to CEMENTER coal seam geological condition and equipment selection, Aimed at the main factors influencing the lump coal rate in production: Screw drum of shearer parameters,The production process and Transfer point in the process of belt transportation reprint way has carried on the detailed study, According to the results after the implementation, The lump coal rate on the basis of the lump coal rate increased by 8 ~ 10%, Coal quality were fully guarantee, And mastered the more suitable for the Mr. Montier coal mine geological conditions of production process, To ensure the safety in production of orderly, Make the mine under the condition of the market downturn still can achieve good economic benefit. At the same time, the effective implementation of this technique in ordos region geological conditions improve the lump coal rate of technology research provides certain theoretical basis.
